These teams are responsible for defining the product voice, crafting branding strategies, engaging the audience, and driving revenue growth through performance marketing and content production. Define the product voice and craft high-level branding strategies

Manage paid acquisition, CRM, conversion optimization, and content production

Tell the Curated story and distill the magic of the platform into a clear narrative

Lead the development of creative assets for organic growth, such as articles and product review videos

Showcase expert knowledge and help people make buying decisions

Enable experts to build their own personal brands in line with the overall Curated brand

Inspire and support experts to ensure their success and provide an amazing customer experience

Collaborate with a small, tightly-knit team of innovators, creators, and builders

Operate in a high trust culture with minimal red tape

Conduct transparent and timely communication during the interview process

Screen candidates and assess skills alignment through introductory calls

Conduct deeper technical interviews with hiring managers

Perform technical evaluations, such as portfolio deep-dives or take-home assessments

Arrange face-to-face interviews with relevant stakeholders to evaluate business acumen, strategy, and analytical skills
