Curated is seeking individuals to join their Operations Teams, which play a crucial role in ensuring that the right products are delivered to customers. These teams focus on various aspects such as merchandising, fulfillment, support, and supply chain. The goal is to provide customers with accurate product information, a seamless post-purchase experience, and excellent customer support. Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate depiction of products on Curated.com through detail-rich product descriptions and specs
- Manage post-purchase user experience and ensure customers receive the right product
- Identify the fastest, most reliable, and cost-effective way to fulfill each order
- Track and resolve any issues or inconsistencies in the ecosystem
- Respond to and resolve order issues to eliminate buyer's remorse
- Delight customers and extend the magic of Curated through the supply chain
- Source inventory from different models (marketplace, direct from vendors, and dropship)
- Implement processes to support scalable growth for Curated
- Build and improve processes for smooth inventory journey from suppliers to warehouse
- Set framework for inventory purchases and responsible for demand and supply forecasting
- Enable experts to be successful and provide an amazing customer experience
- Conduct transparent and timely communication throughout the interview process
- Evaluate candidates based on business acumen, strategy, analytical thinking, execution, passion, and communication skills
- Provide case study for candidates to showcase their skills and present solutions
- Familiarize yourself with e-commerce, gig-economy companies, and marketplaces
- Prepare to discuss past projects that demonstrate skills and expertise
