Compliance Analyst

Curated is seeking a candidate to manage the daily operations of their NPD (Net Promoter Score) system. This includes tasks such as generating and distributing surveys, providing feedback to relevant teams, and resolving issues. The successful candidate will work closely with managers to ensure the smooth running of the system, as well as collaborate with operations to improve the solution design and reporting. Additionally, they will be responsible for conducting analysis and reporting on NPS feedback data.

• Daily management of NPD operational systems, including Survey Trigger Generation, Survey Distribution to customers, Feedback distribution to relevant teams, Reporting Dashboards and Tools, Issue Resolution and business support.
• Work closely with managers to ensure the smooth running of the NPS system, managing issues and designing future improvements.
• Work with operations to support NPS measurement and reporting, resolve issues and continually improve the solution design.
• Conduct analysis and product exec-level reporting of NPS feedback data.
• Working closely with operations for unresolved customer issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Well-versed in fishbone and other QA tools
• Excellent knowledge of Gsuite tools
