About the position
Curated is seeking individuals to join their Operations Teams, which play a crucial role in ensuring that the right products are delivered to customers and that their buying experience is exceptional. The Operations Teams consist of three primary departments: Merchandising, Fulfillment & Support, and Supply Chain. The teams focus on accurately depicting products, managing post-purchase experiences, and maintaining a smooth inventory journey. Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate depiction of products on Curated.com through detail-rich product descriptions and specs
- Inform customers and experts with product information to enable smart and confident buying decisions
- Manage post-purchase user experience to ensure customers receive the right product and have a point of contact for any issues
- Identify the fastest, most reliable, and cost-effective way to fulfill each order from various sources
- Track and resolve any issues or inconsistencies that arise in the fulfillment process
- Respond to and resolve order issues to eliminate buyer's remorse
- Delight customers and extend the magic of Curated through the supply chain
- Source inventory from different models (marketplace, direct from vendors, and dropship)
- Onboard and integrate partners seamlessly to support scalable growth
- Build and improve processes for smooth inventory journey from suppliers to warehouse
- Forecast demand and supply to maximize profit through inventory planning
- Enable experts to be successful and provide an amazing customer experience
- Collaborate with a small, tightly-knit team of innovators, creators, and builders
- Foster a high trust culture with minimal red tape
- Conduct transparent and timely communication throughout the interview process
- Evaluate candidates based on business acumen, strategy, analytical thinking, execution, passion, and communication skills
- Provide a case study for candidates to showcase their problem-solving skills
- Familiarize yourself with e-commerce, gig-economy companies, and marketplaces
- Prepare to discuss past projects that demonstrate your skills and expertise
