About the position
The job overview for this position is to lead and own key strategy development and operations within the Revenue Strategy and Operations function. The main focus is on maximizing experts' lead engagement and output, increasing expert productivity and efficiency, and ensuring fair and competitive expert compensation. This role will work closely with the expert community and cross-functional partners to shape the future of the expert organization. The responsibilities include defining and analyzing expert productivity and lead engagement KPIs, launching strategic initiatives, supporting product development, driving incentive and compensation structures, and enhancing data quality and insights.

Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in finance, management/strategy and operations consulting, revenue operations, or business operations at a high-growth startup.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience defining and using metrics to test hypotheses, confirm assumptions, and measure impact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present proposals and/or findings.
- Empathy and proven interpersonal skills with a passion for understanding and working with people.
