About The Position

As a Coordinator Marketing In House, you will assist in providing Owners and guests with experiences and events that help create memorable vacation memories. The role schedules sales presentations, manages customer expectations, and supports sales presentation and volume production goals while delivering a high level of service. It also involves welcoming and assisting guests, working professionally with colleagues, contributing to team goals, and following company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Highly motivated.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees and perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.
