About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator Apprentice provides operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of retail marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns. The role assists in coordinating marketing initiatives between internal stakeholders, partners, vendors, and store operation. The Apprentice will also support loyalty program activities and ensure timely implementation of marketing materials and customer engagement efforts.

Requirements

Basic understanding of marketing principles, retail operations, and customer engagement strategies.
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and marketing communication materials.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic reporting processes.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and retail services team.
Ability to adapt quickly and support changing business and operational requirements.
Ability to maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer and partner support.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of retail marketing promotions, campaigns, and in-store activities.
Support day-to-day operations of retail and loyalty program, including but not limited to retail site team coordination, collateral and ads distribution, member account management, member engagement, and vendor/partner coordination.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and store operations to ensure timely delivery and implementation of marketing materials and advertisements.
Assist in managing digital assets, social media content, and marketing communication materials.
Prepare reports, monitor campaign activities, and maintain accurate records related to marketing and loyalty program performance.
Support customer and partner concerns related to promotions, loyalty activities, and marketing initiatives to help maintain positive customer experience.
Assist in preparing training materials and supporting orientation or training sessions related to marketing programs and promotions.
Provide support in building and strengthening relationships with partners for possible marketing tie-ups and other partnership opportunities.
Assist in Business User end-to-end testing of all applications and systems related to the Loyalty Program.
Perform administrative and operational tasks necessary for the efficient execution of marketing projects and other assigned initiatives.
