About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Marketing Assistant to join its team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. The position supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, digital content creation, promotional activities, and marketing operations. Little Caesars Arena is a 20,000-seat venue and home of the NHL's Detroit Red Wings and NBA's Detroit Pistons, where Delaware North provides food, beverage, and retail services, including concessions and premium dining.

Requirements

Strong interest in social media, marketing, and digital content creation.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
Basic photography and videography skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Create and schedule content for social media platforms.
Write captions, email copy, blog posts, and promotional materials.
Coordinate marketing calendars and campaign timelines.
Update website content and online listings.
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, vendors, and internal teams.
Support promotional events, product launches, and community outreach.
Maintain marketing assets, brand guidelines, and digital files.
Conduct market and competitor research.
