About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Club Supervisor at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. The role is responsible for ensuring food service and hospitality operations are carried out efficiently while providing an exemplary guest experience. Little Caesars Arena is a 20,000-seat venue and home to the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Pistons. Delaware North provides concessions and premium dining services in club areas, loge boxes, and suites.

Requirements

At least 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience.
Strong knowledge of food and wine.
Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

Oversee inventory and estimate food and beverage costs.
Help set up the club area for service before each event.
Assist with hiring, training, and developing suite team members.
Monitor food and beverage levels and place daily orders for additional products as needed.
Inspect dining, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
