About The Position

Arona Home Essentials is seeking a Marketing and Growth Manager to support customer growth and retention, employee development, and store sales. The company operates more than 50 stores across multiple states and Puerto Rico. The role includes representing Arona Home Essentials in the local community and identifying profitable revenue opportunities within the store.

Candidates must have high energy, a proven track record as a sales closer, and at least two years of retail, restaurant, or related experience. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. A bilingual candidate is a plus. The role requires a satisfactory motor vehicle record, a valid driver’s license, and compliance with the company’s Driver Qualification Policy. A DOT physical/certification is required in states that require it. Candidates must pass a drug screen and criminal background investigation before beginning employment.

Requirements

• High energy.
• A proven track record as a sales closer.
• At least two years of retail, restaurant, or related experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with the Arona Home Essentials Driver Qualification Policy.
