Growth Marketing Manager

ReSupply•Boston, MA
•$90,000 - $110,000•Onsite

About The Position

ReSupply is hiring an adaptable, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to shape and execute marketing strategy that helps make charitable giving simpler by connecting household goods with people in need. This hands-on role owns email, organic social, and affiliate and influencer partnerships from strategy through execution, with support from modern AI tools. It has no direct reports and works closely with ReSupply’s marketing team, sales, and customer success to improve customer experiences, increase visibility, and grow bookings and revenue. The manager will set channel roadmaps and prioritize campaigns and partnerships based on incremental results rather than vanity metrics. The role includes auditing and improving email, developing automated flows and seasonal campaigns, expanding and measuring affiliate and influencer partnerships, and running social channels that turn existing company and partner content into posts. Across all channels, the manager will measure incrementality, maintain clean tracking, report on channel results and costs, and recommend how to allocate effort and budget. The position also requires checking AI-assisted work for accuracy and brand fit, and ensuring paid-partner disclosures and AI-generated content labels meet applicable requirements. The role is based at ReSupply’s Downtown Boston headquarters, where the team works together in an open, collaborative environment. The first 90 days focus on learning the business and establishing channel baselines, launching an initial email flow, improving the social plan, testing or adding a partner, and reporting on channel contribution and next steps.

Requirements

  • Around four years of marketing experience, ideally in a role with ownership of a measurable outcome such as revenue, bookings, leads, or return on spend.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of email marketing, affiliate or influencer marketing, or social media, and interest in learning the other channels.
  • Comfort with data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools, and an understanding of attribution and its limitations.
  • Ability to distinguish bookings attributed to a campaign from bookings caused by the campaign.
  • Strong attention to detail, including identifying and correcting broken links, typos, and inconsistent data.
  • Adaptability and ability to manage shifting priorities without dropping work.
  • Current use of AI tools in work, with the ability to explain how they improve speed or quality.
  • Clear writing skills.
  • Confidence negotiating with partners.

  • Experience managing an affiliate network or influencer platform relationship.

  • Manage the affiliate program and expand it beyond its current Momfluence partnership.
  • Find, test, and negotiate with creators, platforms, and referral partners such as movers and realtors.
  • Track partner performance through verified bookings and cost per booking, and work with finance on commissions.
  • Manage organic social channels with a plan focused on visits and bookings.
  • Develop social posts from existing pickup, charity partner, customer review, and creator content, working with a designer and AI tools.
  • Monitor social comments and direct messages and route booking or service issues to the support team.
  • Measure incremental channel performance using holdout groups, test-and-control splits, and clean tracking.
  • Report monthly on each channel’s results and costs, de-duplicating results across channels and checking against paid media.
  • Recommend budget and time allocation based on channel results.
  • Use AI tools to support email learning and production, social content creation, analysis, reporting, and partner research and outreach, while checking accuracy, brand fit, and compliance.
  • Ensure partners disclose paid relationships and AI-generated content is labeled as required by platforms.
  • During the first 90 days, learn the business and establish performance baselines; launch an initial email flow, improve the social plan, and test or add a partner; then report on channel contribution and recommend priorities.
