Growth Marketing Manager

Pivotal Health•New York, NY
•$130,000 - $165,000•Remote

About The Position

Pivotal Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to build and scale campaigns, marketing automation, and measurement that turn awareness into qualified pipeline. This hands-on individual contributor role is the third pillar of the core marketing team, alongside Content and Events, and reports to the VP of Marketing. The role is fully remote within the United States; in-office time is welcome for people near one of the company’s offices. The role supports both always-on nurture programs for hospitals, health systems, and physician group practices and targeted account-based marketing programs by specialty and region. Segment leaders will set messaging and positioning, while this role owns activation through lifecycle journeys, workflows, campaigns, and measurement. The marketing funnel is still being defined, so the person will build lead lifecycle and scoring processes, scale early ABM programs, and use data to evaluate results. It is an ownership-oriented position with potential to grow into director-level scope.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience building sequences, workflows, and customer journeys, with specific results to discuss.
  • Data-driven approach and ability to discuss MQL impact, campaigns that missed goals, and resulting optimization decisions.
  • Creative ABM thinking tied to pipeline and measurable outcomes.
  • Practical Salesforce experience and a track record of partnering with Revenue Operations on data quality, handoffs, and reporting.
  • Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, with judgment about validating outputs and taking ownership of results.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, building structure and bringing recommendations without waiting for direction.
  • Clear communication and strong cross-functional partnership with segment leaders, Content, Events, and Revenue Operations.
  • Enthusiasm for a hands-on individual contributor role on a lean team.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing in digital health, healthcare IT, or another highly regulated industry, with familiarity with reimbursement or IDR.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup helping build a function with limited resources.
  • Hands-on paid digital experience across Google, LinkedIn, or LLM advertising.
  • A mix of agency and in-house experience.

Responsibilities

  • Turn segment messaging and positioning into integrated campaigns with defined audiences, timelines, and measures of success.
  • Build always-on nurture for health systems and physician groups, targeted ABM programs by specialty and region, and eventually one-to-one plays.
  • Map the lead journey and build stage-based nurture, welcome, and re-engagement programs in partnership with Content.
  • Develop lead scoring and engagement triggers using signals such as webinar participation, trade show visits, repeat content views, and forwarded emails.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations on lifecycle stages, routing, follow-up, data quality, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain HubSpot sequences, workflows, forms, emails, landing pages, and audience segments; maintain clean data between HubSpot and Salesforce alongside Revenue Operations.
  • Plan and optimize Google and LinkedIn paid digital campaigns supporting ABM programs, and help the company appear where buyers search, including LLMs.
  • Track MQLs, funnel conversion, and sourced versus influenced pipeline; test and report on campaign performance and provide recommendations to segment leaders and the VP of Marketing.
  • Use Claude and other AI tools for research, segmentation, copy testing, reporting, and workflow development, validating outputs as appropriate.
  • Extend campaigns to customers and partners through segmentation, automation, and measurement, including peer-review platforms such as G2.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation, including equity.
  • Full health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan through 401(k).
  • Flexible time off.
  • Opportunities for company-wide connection and events.
