About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes. The role also supports inventory quality and management, tracks product expiration dates with management, maintains kitchen cleanliness, and completes beginning- or closing-shift duties. The position requires working at a quick pace, standing for long periods, lifting or transporting objects up to 50 pounds, and working weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards for inventory and fresh produce, including managing inventory levels and the storage area.
• Assist management with tracking expiration dates on products.
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
