About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes. The role includes maintaining high standards for inventory and fresh produce, managing inventory levels and storage, helping track product expiration dates, keeping kitchen equipment and work areas clean, and completing beginning- or closing-shift duties. The position requires the ability to transport objects up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, work at a quick pace, and work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes and efficiently.
• Maintain high quality standards for inventory and fresh produce, including managing inventory levels and storage areas.
• Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
