About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep team member to support the preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts. The role includes maintaining high standards for food quality and inventory, monitoring product expiration dates with management, keeping kitchen equipment and work areas clean, and completing beginning- or closing-shift duties. The position requires working at a quick pace, standing for extended periods, lifting or transporting objects up to 50 pounds, and working weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards for inventory and fresh produce, including managing inventory levels and storage areas.
• Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
