Market Table Attendant
About The Position
Fogo de Chão is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep team member to support preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts. The role includes maintaining produce and inventory quality, assisting with tracking product expiration dates, keeping kitchen equipment and work areas clean, and completing beginning- or closing-shift duties. The position requires standing for long periods, working at a quick pace, lifting or transporting objects up to 50 pounds, and working weekends and holidays. The stated pay range is $15.15–$20.15, with the rate dependent on relevant work experience.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes and efficiently.
- Maintain high quality standards for inventory and fresh produce, including managing inventory levels and storage areas.
- Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
- Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
