About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep team member to support preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts. The position involves maintaining fresh-produce and inventory quality, tracking product expiration dates with management, keeping kitchen equipment and areas clean, and completing beginning- or closing-shift duties. The role requires standing for long periods, working at a quick pace, transporting objects up to 50 pounds, and working weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards for inventory and fresh-produce quality, including proper inventory-level management and storage.
• Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
