About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep team member to support food preparation and presentation. The role includes preparing salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe; maintaining inventory and produce quality; tracking product expiration dates with management; keeping kitchen equipment and areas clean; and completing beginning- or closing-shift duties. The position requires the ability to transport objects up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, work at a quick pace, and work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe and in an efficient manner.
• Maintain high standards for inventory and fresh produce quality, including managing inventory levels and storage areas.
• Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
