About The Position

The Market Table Attendant supports preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe and in an efficient manner. The role helps maintain high standards for inventory and fresh produce, including inventory levels and storage, and assists management with tracking product expiration dates. The attendant also maintains clean kitchen equipment and work areas and completes beginning- or closing-shift duties.

Requirements

• Able to transport objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to work at a quick pace.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe and efficiently.
• Maintain high quality standards for inventory and fresh produce.
• Manage inventory levels and the storage area.
• Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
