About The Position
Fogo de Chão is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep team member to support the preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts. The role includes maintaining the quality and inventory of fresh produce and other products, tracking expiration dates with management, keeping kitchen equipment and areas clean, and completing opening or closing shift duties. The position requires the ability to transport objects up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, work at a quick pace, and work weekends and holidays. Responsibilities
- Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards for the quality of inventory and fresh produce, including proper inventory-level management and storage.
- Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
- Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
