About The Position

The Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep supports food preparation and presentation for salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts, following recipes and working efficiently. The role also involves maintaining high standards for fresh produce and inventory, helping track product expiration dates, keeping kitchen equipment and work areas clean, and completing beginning- or closing-shift duties. The position requires standing for long periods, moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds, working at a quick pace, and working weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes and efficiently.
• Ensure inventory and fresh produce meet high quality standards and properly manage inventory levels and storage areas.
• Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
