About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support an unforgettable dining experience and the company’s mission of caring for its team, guests, and communities. The role prepares and presents salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes, while maintaining product quality, inventory, and kitchen cleanliness. Team members may also complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.

Requirements

• Ability to transport objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work at a quick pace.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe and in an efficient manner.
• Ensure inventory and fresh produce meet high quality standards, and manage inventory levels and storage areas appropriately.
• Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
