About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep team member to support preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts. The role includes maintaining high standards for fresh produce and inventory, tracking product expiration dates with management, and keeping kitchen equipment and work areas clean. Team members also complete beginning- or closing-shift duties. The position requires standing for long periods, working at a quick pace, lifting or transporting objects up to 50 pounds, and working weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes in an efficient manner.
• Ensure inventory and fresh produce meet high quality standards, including proper management of inventory levels and storage areas.
• Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
