About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes. The role includes maintaining high standards for fresh produce and inventory, tracking product expiration dates with management, keeping kitchen equipment and areas clean, and completing beginning- or closing-shift duties. The position requires standing for long periods, working at a quick pace, lifting or transporting objects up to 50 pounds, and working weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes and efficiently.
• Maintain high quality standards for inventory and fresh produce, including managing inventory levels and storage areas.
• Assist management with tracking expiration dates on products.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
