About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep team member to support the preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts. The role includes maintaining high standards for produce and inventory, assisting with expiration-date tracking, keeping kitchen equipment and work areas clean, and completing beginning- or closing-shift duties. Candidates must be able to lift and transport objects weighing up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, work at a quick pace, and work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes and efficiently.
• Ensure inventory and fresh produce meet high quality standards, and manage inventory levels and storage areas properly.
• Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
