About The Position

The Market Table Attendant supports preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe and in an efficient manner. The role helps maintain high standards for fresh produce and inventory, including inventory levels and storage, and assists management with tracking product expiration dates. The attendant also maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas and completes beginning- or closing-shift duties. The position requires standing for long periods, transporting objects up to 50 pounds, working at a quick pace, and working weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe.
• Maintain the quality of inventory and fresh produce, including managing inventory levels and storage areas.
• Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
