About The Position

UniFirst is seeking a Market Service Manager to join their team. This role will oversee all operational aspects of the service department to ensure customer retention. The Market Service Manager will recruit and lead a team of Route Service Managers, Route Service Supervisors, and Route Service Representatives who deliver services to multiple customers daily, ranging from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for their location.

Requirements

Business savvy with a focus on innovative ways to increase profit and customer satisfaction
Results-driven, relationship manager willing to assist the team and customers
Ability to work with and support a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Managers
Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards.
High School Diploma or GED
Prior customer service experience
Ability to problem-solve and handle various customer service situations
Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team
Strong computer proficiency (MS Office)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
21 years of age
Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence
Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities
