About The Position
The Market Manager leads multiple retail locations and is responsible for driving sales and operational success across the district. The role oversees store operations, team scheduling and task assignments, recruiting and training, sales planning and performance, security, workplace safety, and compliance. The Market Manager develops and enforces policies and procedures and contributes to district-wide initiatives and objectives. Success requires strong leadership, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to inspire and guide teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead and implement monthly sales initiatives across multiple retail locations.
- Schedule and assign work to store team members, and ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Recruit, select, onboard, train, and develop team members.
- Develop and execute monthly action plans to achieve sales goals; motivate teams, analyze performance, and take corrective action as needed.
- Implement and maintain security systems and protocols to protect merchandise, staff, and customers.
- Promote a clean and safe environment for team members and customers.
- Ensure stores comply with legal and operational requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends through workshops, publications, and networking.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for store operations, personnel, and company programs.
- Support related initiatives and contribute to district and team objectives.
