About The Position

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist for an outside sales role focused on developing an assigned territory. The specialist meets local businesses, identifies their needs, and introduces them to W.B. Mason’s workplace products and services. The role includes product demonstrations, sharing web tools and custom pricing, and helping new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO. The specialist coordinates with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure new accounts transition smoothly, and attends regular branch sales meetings. The position offers annual pay of $60,000–$65,000, bonus opportunities, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a similar area.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.

• Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college is preferred.

• Demonstrate products, share web tools, and offer custom pricing.
• Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Work with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure new accounts are smoothly transitioned and supported.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings.
