About The Position
W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Market Development Specialist for outside sales. The role involves developing an assigned territory by visiting local businesses on foot or by car, introducing them to W.B. Mason’s workplace products and services, identifying customer needs, and presenting relevant solutions. The specialist demonstrates products, shares web tools, offers custom pricing, and helps new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO. The role works closely with inside sales and onboarding teams to transition new accounts smoothly and includes regular branch sales meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a similar area.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to converse, read, and write in English.

- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college is preferred.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure new accounts are smoothly transitioned.
- Attend regular branch sales meetings.
