About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Market Development Specialist for an outside sales role. The specialist develops an assigned territory by visiting local businesses, introducing W.B. Mason’s products and services, learning about customer needs, and helping businesses find suitable workplace solutions. The role includes demonstrating products, presenting web tools and custom pricing, and assisting new customers with setup through MasonvilleGO. The specialist works with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure new accounts are transitioned smoothly, and attends regular branch sales meetings.

Requirements

Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related area.
Outstanding communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Ability to converse, read, and write in English.

Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college.

Responsibilities

Explore and develop an assigned territory on foot or by car.
Introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason’s products and services.
Meet potential clients, uncover their needs, and present relevant workplace products and services.
Demonstrate products and share web tools and custom pricing.
Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
Coordinate with inside sales and onboarding teams to transition new accounts smoothly.
Attend regular branch sales meetings.
