About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Market Development Specialist for outside sales. The role focuses on developing an assigned territory by visiting local businesses on foot or by car, introducing them to W.B. Mason’s workplace products and services, and identifying their needs. The specialist demonstrates products, shares web tools, offers custom pricing, and helps new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO. The role works closely with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure new accounts are smoothly transitioned, and includes regular branch sales meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related area.
• Outstanding communication skills.
