About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Market Development Specialist for outside sales. The role involves exploring an assigned territory on foot or by car and introducing local businesses to W.B. Mason’s workplace products and services. The specialist meets potential clients, identifies their needs, demonstrates products, shares web tools, offers custom pricing, and helps new customers set up accounts through MasonvilleGO. The role works closely with inside sales and onboarding teams to transition new accounts smoothly, and includes regular branch sales meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related area.
