About The Position
W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Market Development Specialist for outside sales. The role focuses on developing an assigned territory by visiting local businesses, introducing them to W.B. Mason's workplace products and services, and building new customer relationships. The specialist meets with prospective clients to understand their needs, demonstrates products and web tools, provides custom pricing, and helps new customers get started through MasonvilleGO. The position collaborates with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure new accounts transition smoothly, and includes regular branch sales meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related area.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Ability to converse, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities
- Explore and develop an assigned sales territory on foot or by car.

- Attend regular branch sales meetings.
