Brock University is seeking a Marker-Grader for the Economics of Artificial Intelligence course (ECON 3P42) for the Winter D3 term. This position is part of the CUPE4207-1 Employee Group. The marker-grader will be responsible for marking assignments, term projects, case reports, midterms, progress exams, and/or final exams. They must provide written feedback to students, clearly identifying the basis of the grade. Additionally, the marker-grader may be asked to invigilate mid-terms and examinations, or enter grades into databases, as requested by the course instructor. Compensation is based on the employee's qualifications, with rates effective September 1, 2026: Master’s Degree Complete ($36.00/hour), Undergraduate Degree Complete ($31.04/hour), Third Year Complete ($22.91/hour), Second Year Complete ($20.15/hour), and First Year Complete ($19.00/hour).
