About The Position

Paul Reed Smith Guitars is hiring full-time Manufacturing Production Associates for multiple departments at its Stevensville, Maryland facility. Department placement and specific duties vary and will be discussed during the interview. The role involves hands-on manufacturing work and may require assisting in different areas as business needs require. No prior guitar-building experience is required; hands-on training is provided. The position pays $19.00 per hour, including a $2.00 per hour shift differential, with the opportunity for an increase of up to $1.00 per hour after 90 days. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The work environment is a manufacturing facility with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and vibration. Employees must be able to stand for extended periods, lift 15–25 pounds depending on department assignment, and perform detailed work requiring close vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
