About The Position

Paul Reed Smith Guitars is hiring full-time Manufacturing Production Associates for multiple departments at its Stevensville, Maryland facility. Duties and department placement vary and will be discussed during the interview. No prior guitar-building experience is required; hands-on training is provided for motivated people who are eager to learn and take pride in producing quality work. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with the opportunity for an increase of up to $1.00 per hour after 90 days. The work involves standing for extended periods and may require lifting 15–25 pounds, depending on department assignment. Employees may regularly encounter moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and vibration, and must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
