About The Position

Paul Reed Smith Guitars is hiring full-time Manufacturing Production Associates for multiple departments at its Stevensville, Maryland facility. The role is hands-on and involves producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing organization. Responsibilities and department placement vary by assignment and will be discussed during the interview process. No prior guitar-building experience is required; hands-on training is provided for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in their work. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with the opportunity for an increase of up to $1.00 per hour after 90 days. The work environment includes extended periods of standing and regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and vibration. Employees must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment and perform detailed work.
