About The Position

This is a lead dentist role serving as Managing Clinical Director at an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice. The dentist provides exceptional patient care while leading a patient-centric clinical team and overseeing quality of care, treatment planning, and clinical treatments. Aspen Dental provides business and administrative support so the dentist can focus on patients, along with learning and development, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for practice ownership. The position is full-time, with a stated salary of $200,000–$300,000+ per year. Location-specific offers include a $65,000 signing incentive, a $7,500 relocation stipend, and paid live implant training availability.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team and respect clinical judgment and leadership.
• Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to dental practice ethics and professional standards.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the broader team of dental professionals.
• Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
