Dentist – DDS / DMD
About The Position
This is a lead dentist role at an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice. The Managing Clinical Director provides exceptional patient care, leads a patient-centric clinical team, and mentors dentists and other dental professionals. The role includes clinical diagnosis and treatment, treatment planning, maintaining professional standards, and working with the Operations team toward financial objectives. Aspen Dental provides non-clinical business support so the dentist can focus on patient care. The position is full-time, with flexible scheduling. Listed compensation is $300,000–$450,000 per year. Location-specific offers include a $60,000 signing incentive, a $20,000 minimum monthly guarantee for one year, a relocation stipend, strong profit-sharing compensation, sponsored extraction academy training, and sponsored surgical implant training. Offers may vary by independently owned and operated location. Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
Responsibilities
- Lead a patient-centric team while respecting clinical judgment and leadership.
- Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients and adhere to high standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
- Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
- Present treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
- Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
- Mentor and coach new dentists and the wider team of dental professionals.
- Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
