About The Position
Aspen Dental is hiring a lead dentist to serve as Managing Clinical Director. The role focuses on providing exceptional patient care while leading a patient-centric clinical team and supporting the professional development of dentists and other dental professionals. Business and administrative support is provided so the dentist can focus on clinical work. The position offers full-time, flexible scheduling and compensation of $300,000–$450,000, with location-specific incentives that may include a $60,000 signing incentive, relocation stipend, and strong profit-sharing compensation. Sponsored extraction academy and surgical implant training are also offered. Aspen Dental describes opportunities for practice ownership, continuing education, surgical training, and a benefits package that includes paid time off, health and vision coverage, and a 401(k) savings plan. Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
Responsibilities
- Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.
- Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to high standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
- Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
- Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
- Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
- Mentor and coach new dentists and the broader team of dental professionals.
- Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
