About The Position

This is a lead dentist role at an Aspen Dental-branded practice. The Managing Clinical Director provides exceptional patient care while leading a patient-centric clinical team and supporting the practice’s clinical and financial objectives. Aspen Dental Management provides non-clinical business support, allowing the dentist to focus on patient care. The role offers a salary of $200,000–$300,000+ per year, a $10,000 signing incentive, and a $7,500 relocation stipend. Location-specific offers may vary by independently owned and operated location.

The position includes opportunities for practice ownership through the Practice Ownership Program, continuing education, and surgical training. The practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team while respecting clinical judgment and leadership.
• Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to high standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Present treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental team.
• Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.
