About The Position
Aspen Dental is hiring a lead dentist to serve as Managing Clinical Director. The role focuses on providing exceptional patient care and leading a patient-centric dental team, while Aspen Dental’s business and administrative support allows the dentist to focus on clinical work. Compensation is listed at $300,000–$450,000 per year. Location-specific offers include a $60,000 signing incentive, a minimum monthly guarantee of $20,000 for one year, a relocation stipend, strong profit-sharing compensation, sponsored Extraction Academy, and sponsored surgical implant training. Practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
Responsibilities
- Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.
- Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to high standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
- Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
- Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
- Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
- Mentor and coach new dentists and the broader team of dental professionals.
- Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
