Manager, Strategy & Revenue Operations

Chowbus•Chicago, IL
•$100,000 - $150,000•Onsite

About The Position

Chowbus is hiring a Manager of Strategy & Revenue Operations to support its growing sales organization and work directly with the VP of Sales. This is an execution-focused role, not a sales-strategy leadership position: the role helps the VP of Sales operate effectively by preparing meetings, analyzing data, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining sales operations. It offers direct exposure to sales leadership and potential to grow into strategy or revenue operations leadership over time. The position supports sales reporting and CRM data quality; prepares materials and tracks actions for sales meetings, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and leadership meetings; and conducts analysis related to territory planning, quota setting, pricing, and competitors. It also handles sales deal paperwork, commissions, CRM and sales tools, sales-to-onboarding handoffs, new-representative onboarding, and sales policies and procedures. The role coordinates with cross-functional and China-based teams and regularly travels with the VP of Sales for meetings, market visits, customer meetings, and industry events. The role is based at the Chowbus Chicago office and involves a meeting-heavy schedule, including regular evening meetings with China-based teams. The salary is $100,000–$150,000 base, plus bonus, depending on experience.
