About The Position

Suvoda is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Strategy to help build and improve the company’s commercial operating system. The role works closely with the VP of Revenue Strategy & Operations and partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and executive leadership. It is a hands-on builder role focused on turning complex or imperfect commercial data into reliable reporting, actionable insights, and better business decisions. It is not a Salesforce administrator or finance role. The position owns the commercial reporting cadence, including bookings, pipeline, forecast, attainment, KPIs, and weekly sales flash reporting. It uses Salesforce and connected commercial tools to explain performance, identify changes and risks, and advise leadership. The role also supports sales compensation and incentive plan design, Salesforce data and reporting requirements, cross-system data connections, and requests from representatives and leaders. AI tools are used regularly to improve the speed and quality of analysis, reporting, documentation, and research while maintaining reliable data definitions.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy & Operations, GTM Operations, or commercial analytics within a complex B2B or B2B2C business.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, life sciences, eClinical, clinical trial technology, or a CRO.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Deep, hands-on Salesforce fluency, including the ability to reason about its data model, design reporting structures, and diagnose data issues; administrator certification is not required.
  • A track record of owning or materially improving bookings, pipeline, forecast, attainment, or executive reporting.
  • Hands-on experience designing, modeling, or governing sales compensation, quota, or incentive plans.
  • Advanced Excel or comparable modeling skills and comfort working with imperfect data.
  • Experience with connected commercial tools such as call recording, forecasting platforms, business intelligence, or sales engagement systems.
  • Clear, concise writing and confidence presenting to executives and board-level audiences.
  • Current, practical use of AI tools to improve the quality, speed, or scale of work.

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial reporting cadence for bookings, pipeline, forecast, attainment, KPIs, and the weekly sales flash; keep it accurate, timely, and increasingly less manual.
  • Turn Salesforce and connected data into clear performance views by segment, product, region, team, and account.
  • Explain performance, emerging changes, risks, and recommended leadership actions in weekly executive updates, board materials, and time-sensitive discussions.
  • Serve as the Revenue Operations Salesforce data expert, diagnosing data issues and writing clear requirements for administrators and system owners.
  • Lead the commercial side of commission and incentive plan design with Sales leadership and Finance by modeling options, testing mechanics, documenting logic, and ensuring plans are reflected correctly in Salesforce and user-facing materials.
  • Connect Salesforce with commercial tools for call recording, forecasting, business intelligence, and sales engagement.
  • Respond to questions from representatives, sales leaders, and executives about performance, forecast, territories, and compensation; route issues to the appropriate owner and close the loop.
  • Use AI daily to accelerate analysis, reporting, documentation, and research without compromising data definitions or trust.
  • Take ambiguous initiatives from idea through adoption, establishing clear owners, milestones, and decisions.
