About The Position

Venture Global LNG is seeking a Manager, Project Funding and Compliance to oversee monthly loan disbursements and covenant and compliance tracking for multiple large-scale capital projects. The position manages the monthly draw process, including invoice collection, funding request preparation, receipt of funds, and reconciliation. It prepares draw packages, confirms supporting documents are complete in Datasite, enforces credit-facility documentation requirements, and coordinates resolution of questions and missing information with internal teams, legal counsel, title teams, and banking partners. The Manager also sets funding calendars and priorities, drives approvals, and escalates risks. The role determines invoice eligibility, coordinates required lien waivers and other supporting documents, and maintains traceable records. It validates funding needs against eligible invoices, payment dates, and cash forecasts; analyzes variances; reconciles draw amounts to payments; and improves reporting, reconciliation, and control procedures. The Manager also maintains a register of Letters of Credit, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Parent Guarantees across construction contracts. In coordination with Legal and project teams, the role identifies security requirements, arranges issuance or receipt, monitors instrument dates and changes, and tracks corrective actions for missing, expired, or insufficient coverage. This position is 100% office-based in Arlington to support a highly collaborative environment.
