We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Digital Servicing Product team in Capital One Small Business Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for reimagining the mobile experience for small business customers. You will define, build, and accelerate digital experiences in our mobile app that enable us to serve small business customers quickly and in a well-managed way. Your role will be equal parts coach, visionary, and problem solver, and you will be responsible for leading a high-impact, mobile team, co-creating a vision for the future, gaining broad stakeholder alignment, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value while knocking down all the things that slow us down.

Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience
