Manager, Product Manager-Small Business Bank Associate Servicing
About The Position
The Manager, Product Manager for Capital One’s Small Business Bank Associate Servicing team works collaboratively with technology, operations, and business partners to provide servicing associates with the tools and resources they need to care for customers. The role includes investing in AI tools to simplify associate experiences and help associates focus on the customers they serve. The role applies Capital One’s Product Framework: human-centered customer focus, business-focused execution, technology-driven innovation, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. It is designated as hybrid, with on-site presence required according to Capital One’s hybrid policy at the designated office location.
Requirements
- Currently has or is in the process of obtaining, with the required degree expected on or before the scheduled start date, a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field (including Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field), Business, or Marketing; alternatively, a bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
- Must be able to meet Capital One’s hybrid policy for required on-site presence at the designated office location.
- Capital One will not sponsor new employment authorization or provide immigration-related support for this position.
