About The Position

The Senior Associate, Product Manager for the Small Business Bank Associate Servicing team helps provide servicing associates with the tools and resources they need to support customers. This highly collaborative, strategic role works closely with technology, operations, and business partners, including through investments in AI tools that simplify associate experiences and allow associates to focus on the customers they are servicing.

Capital One Product Management emphasizes understanding internal and external customer needs, delivering outcomes through leverage and execution, using technology to create innovative and resilient solutions, solving complex problems while mitigating product risks, and leading cross-functional teams to drive organizational alignment. This position is designated hybrid and requires adherence to Capital One’s hybrid policy for on-site presence at the designated office location. The role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience with data flows built on modern data environments, including data lakes, Snowflake, APIs, and Streams.
