About The Position

The Senior Product Associate contributes to product development and optimization on the Business Banking Small Business Lending Product team. The role uses user research, customer feedback, and product metrics to help create innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. It collaborates with cross-functional teams and partners with the Product Manager to shape product opportunities, features, and the strategic roadmap.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience with product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify product opportunities that reflect customer and market needs through user research and discovery.
• Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
• Support user research collection, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and identify potential customer-value features.
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
